ACT Sensor Cables

The ACT Industrial sensor actuator cables are designed with a high-quality TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) sheath, ensuring excellent resistance to mechanical stresses, including movements within a chain. These cables feature overmoulded TPE connectors, providing them with an IP67 degree of protection. Moreover, the ACT Industrial sensor cables come in various ranges, all of which are more flexible compared to standard AWG24/7 strands patch cables. The increased flexibility in these cables is achieved through stranded conductors, which are composed of uninsulated fine wire strands twisted together. The more strands in a stranded conductor, the higher the flexibility of the wire.

  1. M8 A-Coded Cables: Compact Cables
    M8A cables are designed to provide reliable connections with small-sized connectors in the most demanding industrial environments. Available in 3 and 4-pins.

  2. M12 A-Coded Cables: Precision in Connectivity
    M12 connectors with A-coding offer reliable connections, ensuring no incorrect connections are made. Available in 4, 5, and 8-pins.

  3. M12 D-Coded Cables: Suitable for industrial Ethernet and speed up to 100 Mb/s. Our M12 D-coded cables are made of Superflex Xtreme cable. Each Superflex Xtreme cable consists of 19 strands in each individual conductor, resulting in an AWG22 diameter.

  4. Profinet M12 X-Coded Cables: Designed for speed up to 10 Gb/s and equipped with Superflex SF/UTP cable. Each Superflex cable contains 28 strands in each individual conductor, resulting in an AWG26 diameter.

  5. Profinet RJ45-RJ45  Profinet cables are designed for speed up to 10 Gb/s and feature Superflex SF/UTP cable. Each Superflex cable contains 28 strands in each individual conductor, resulting in an AWG26 diameter.

Fiber Optic patch cables

Fiber optic patch cables play a crucial role in data transmission to prevent electromagnetic interference. In our range, you will find two types of fiber optic patch cables:

  • Ruggedized patch cables can be used for longer distances, 10 meters and more. Standard patch cables are used for shorter distances within a 19” cabinet. Ruggedized patch cables have an extra jacket for better mechanical protection and are also called Flatoval fiber-optic patch cables due to the oval shape of the extra jacket.

  • If your patch cables are exposed to extreme conditions, choose armoured patch cables. These are patch cables with a metal protective layer, making them even more robust and protected. These types of patch cables are often used in industrial and offshore applications.
